The objective of Human Library is to eliminate misunderstanding through dialogues, particularly misunderstanding towards those whose identities are often linked with controversies and/or prejudice. People are often being labelled in the society and, when a group is being labelled, everyone from that group is thought to be the same, with characters of individuals being ignored. Human Library attempts to present real people as they are and let them tell you their own stories.
